Your focus on Enterprise 2.0 ramped up after you got your "new" job, and while they're no doubt good posts, the change made them less relevant, in my opinion, to who I commonly share with. So I continue to read and share selectively. This also proves the sharing is done without bias, for if were based on personality, I'd share a lot more of yours, right?

Regarding Profy, Svetlana is a good writer with interesting insight, but after the shakeup that saw the site fractured, her posts are now on "her time" - aka Russian time zones, not ours, and she may often respond much later to the news of the day, meaning I'd already shared it from somewhere else. Now, I'll find her best being shared from others on FriendFeed.

Similarly, you'll note Mashable is not included in the "last 1,000" list after ranking #23 on the "last 5,000".

Find any other trends that aren't about bhc3?

Re: GReader Leaderboard: Louis Gray

Thanks Yuvi. And what's up Louis? Get back to sharing my posts man!

Re: GReader Leaderboard: Louis Gray

Yuvi, thanks for running the numbers. You're much better at this geek stuff than I am!

Regarding individual blogs vs. multi-author pro blogs, you missed TechWag, by Dan Morrill, which actually is #9 overall in my last 1,000 and #16 overall in the last 5,000. Including mine, that makes 4 blogs in the top 10, plus the others.

In the Top 25, for blogs, I'd count mine, Scoble, Dan, Dave Winer, The Gray Effect, Rob Diana, Jason Kaneshiro, Chris Brogan, Steven Hodson, Adam Singer, GrowMap, Daring Fireball, Loic and Jesse Stay. That brings us to 14 of the top 25.

The reasons the "magazine-blog-whatevers" as you call them are featured in many people's leaderboards, including mine is two-fold. One, the quantity of the posts practically guarantees they will have a good share. Second, they actually write some good articles and have access to news. TechCrunch, RWW, GigaOM, Centernetworks are all good examples of that.

Thanks for running the data! Can I have the 1,000 and the 5,000 in an Excel file by e-mail? :-)
